Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Order Cancellations

You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

 

To cancel: Send us an email at realboderaco@gmail.clm with your order number. We’ll reply within 1 business day to confirm.

Refunds go back to your original payment method in 3–5 business days after we process the cancellation.

Once tracking is emailed to you, the order has shipped and can’t be cancelled.* You can return it after delivery using our Return Policy.

2. In-Stock Order Cancellations* 

We pack orders fast to get them to you.

If you need to cancel:  Email realboderaco@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. 

If it’s already been packed or shipped, we can’t cancel it. You can return it once it arrives.

3. Changing Your Order

Need a different size, color, or address? Email realboderaco@gmail.com with your order number ASAP. 

We’ll update it if we can. Once pre-orders go into production or in-stock orders ship, we can’t make changes.

4. Pre-Order Payment

Pre-orders are charged at checkout so we can make your item without overproducing waste.

By ordering, you agree to the ship date shown on the product page and this policy. We send email updates when your order is made and when it ships.
