READ THIS. BUYING = YOU AGREE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

1. BUSINESS TYPE
BODERA is a small, pre-order based apparel brand. We manufacture made-to-order goods. We are NOT Amazon, Target, or a big retailer with inventory on-hand.

2. PRE-ORDER AGREEMENT
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
a) This is a PRE-ORDER. Production begins after you pay.
b) You CANNOT cancel for change of mind. Fabric is cut within 48hrs.
c) Estimated ship time is 3-4 weeks from order date, NOT from today.
d) Delays may occur due to factory, customs, or shipping carriers. We are not liable for delays outside our control but will update you.

3. PRODUCT ACCURACY
All images are digital mockups or samples. Final product color may vary 5-10% due to fabric dye lots and screen settings. This is not a defect.
Sizing: Use size chart. We are not responsible for wrong size ordered.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
"Free The Girls", "BODERA", and all designs are property of BODERA.
You may not copy, duplicate, or resell our designs. Legal action will be taken.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BODERA’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or emotional distress because your set took 4 weeks.
Use your tracking number. Email us before filing disputes.

6. DISPUTES + CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing, you agree to contact support@shopbodera.com FIRST before filing a chargeback.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a pre-order you agreed to will result in:
a) Permanent ban from BODERA
b) Evidence submitted to Stripe/PayPal including your IP address, checkbox agreement, and policy timestamps
c) Collection activity for products already in production

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
Any legal action must be filed in Hartford County, CT.
