BODERA SHIPPING POLICY — DROP 001

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING 💕

1. THIS IS A PRE-ORDER
BODERA Drop 001 is made-to-order. We start production AFTER you checkout. 
No inventory is on-hand. Your payment funds the factory run.

2. PRODUCTION + SHIP TIME
Total wait time: 3-4 weeks from order date
- Week 1-2: Fabric cutting + sewing at factory
- Week 3: Quality check + packaging 
- Week 4: Ships via DHL/UPS. Tracking emailed immediately.

RUSH ORDERS: Not available for Drop 001. All sets made in same batch.

3. SHIPPING COST + DELIVERY
USA: FREE shipping. Delivery 2-5 business days after it ships.
International: $15 flat rate. Delivery 5-10 business days after it ships.
We are not responsible for customs fees/delays outside USA.

4. TRACKING + UPDATES
You’ll get email updates at:
- Order confirmation [Day 0]
- Production started [Week 1] 
- Quality check complete [Week 3]
- Shipped + tracking # [Week 4]

No tracking update by Week 4? Email us: support@shopbodera.com

5. LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
DHL says delivered but you don’t have it? File claim within 48hrs. We’ll help.
Package arrives damaged? Send photos within 7 days. We reship FREE.

6. ADDRESS ERRORS
You enter wrong address = you pay $10 to re-ship. Double-check at checkout!
