Refund policy

1. PRE-ORDER TERMS

All items marked “Pre-Order” are made in small batches to reduce waste.


Your card is charged at checkout* to reserve your item and fund production.

2. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel any pre-order for a FULL REFUND anytime before it ships.

To cancel, email: realboderaco@gmail.com with your order before the ship date above. 


Refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.


Why: We want you to love BODERA, not feel stuck. If plans change, we get it

3. STANDARD ORDERS + RETURNS

 

For in-stock items or after your pre-order ships:


You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for refund or store credit.


To start a return: Email realboderaco@gmail.com with order # + photos. 

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking. 

Refunds: Issued within 30 business days of receiving your return.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Final Sale items

- Items marked “No Returns”

- Worn, washed, or damaged items

- Items without tags


5. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Received something flawed? We’ll fix it.

Email: realboderaco@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid label + replacement or full refund, your choice.


6. LATE/MISSING PACKAGES

USPS delays happen. If tracking hasn’t updated in 5 days, email us. After 15 days with no movement, we’ll reship or refund.
