BODERA PRE ORDER POLICY

By placing a pre-order, you understand:

1. SHIP TIME: This is a pre-order. Sets ship in 3-4 weeks from your order date. You’ll get tracking when it leaves the factory.

2. NO CANCELLATIONS: All pre-order sales are final after checkout. We cannot cancel/refund once order is placed because production starts immediately.

3. RETURNS FOR REFUND: Once your order arrives, you have 7 days to inspect it. If you want a refund, return the item unworn/unwashed with tags. Once we confirm receipt of return, we’ll issue your refund to original payment method. Customer pays return shipping.

4. QUALITY GUARANTEE: If item arrives damaged/defective or wrong item, email us w/ photos within 7 days. We’ll reship a replacement FREE or refund you — your choice.
